5.motion for jon to create a set of policy and procedures for the association. will have and be voted on at october 28 special meeting. motion passed.

6. mmotion to require a 2/3 vote of members present before association will pay for and training. motion passed.

discussion:

1. inquire about a FEMA donation travel trailer for a smoke maze & or mobile comm center.

2.will be sending out a news letter to all members about upcoming training and events.

3.will be making picture ID's for all members and also to be used as accountability tags at incidents.

4.bring suggestions to next meeting about requiring members to attend a certain amount of training per year.
